This live event will take place on Wednesday, July 7 at 1 PM ET.

The adoption of innovative technologies and practices adds substantial value to the water sector. Fundamental and applied research is an essential component of developing and adopting innovative technologies and practices. The Water Environment Federation (WEF) is a diverse and expansive network of water-quality professionals who are engaged in all sectors of this profession. The Research and Innovation Forum exists to provide WEF members a central location for the dissemination and discussion of all research related matters across WEF.

The Research and Innovation Forum is a 1.5-hour meeting that recurs quarterly. It will include a brief introduction from WEF’s Research and Innovation Committee, an update on WEF’s Technical initiatives, a general research presentation, a presentation from one of WEF’s companion organizations, and at least two presentations from WEF Committee Chairpersons. A primary objective of the Research and Innovation Forum is to offer an opportunity to identify WEF committees, task forces, and contacts who can support and advance respective research interests.
