The focus of this webcast is to share best practices in selecting, implementing and life-cycle management of a Project/Program Management Information System (PMIS). Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) will share their PMIS story and how it has helped them achieve alignment of people with organizational needs; adapt business processes; and apply fit-for-purpose technology/tools. Each utility will seek to answer the following questions: Why did the utility pursue implementing a PMIS?, What was the approach, timeline, and cost for selection and implementation of the PMIS system?, What were the keys to success?, What are the benefits achieved by implementing the PMIS?.
