This webcast will discuss the use of traditional (mechanistic, first principles) process modelling and data-driven techniques to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize wastewater treatment operations. Digital water experts will introduce the concepts behind using models to understand dynamic activated sludge systems and illustrate how data-driven and machine learning techniques can be incorporated into Digital Twin systems to enhance and supplement traditional mechanistic modelling techniques.
