This knowledge development session will provide you with the opportunity to hear utility leaders during the COVID 19 pandemic. The focus is on lessons learned, particularly on those that have resulted in long term positive changes and impacts to utilities.
At the end of this learning module, participants will be able to
- identify leadership strategies for dealing with sudden and large issues such as COVID;
- discuss the importance of communication and partnering during difficult times;
- determine strategies for dealing with the financial impacts, including affordability issues in the community; and
- outline innovative ways to handle strategic planning, safety, innovation, and other solutions to the many issues raised through this pandemic.
