This webcast took place on Thursday, June 27, 2019, from 1:00 - 2:30 PM Eastern.

We all know that asset management principles and practices include activities such as condition assessment, triple bottom line analysis, risk management, probability and consequence of failure. But, the one key activity that leads a successful and sustainable program is nurturing a motivated and coordinated work force. The Effective Utility Management (EUM) framework explicitly addresses the “people” side of the business; a critical component of utility success. With this emphasis in mind, this webcast provides three unique perspectives of how to implement, improve and sustain an asset management program from an utility perspective.

Speakers:

  • Douglas Stewart, Portland Water Bureau
  • Helena Henao-Fernandez, Environment Agency (UK)
  • Leisa Thompson, Metropolitan Council
