At the conclusion of this learning module, participants will be able to

- explain examples of digital solutions that can predict flooding and sewer/drainage system hydraulic conditions in advance of weather for operational planning and emergency response purposes;
- identify how real-time control facilities (RTCs) face operations and maintenance challenges from intermittent operation under harsh wet weather conditions; and
- discuss applications of digital solutions for unstaffed real-time control facilities (RTCs).
